Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Binj account and associated data at any time, directly from the app or by email.

To delete your account

  1. Open the Binj mobile app
  2. Navigate to Profile → Settings
  3. Select Account Management
  4. Select Delete Account
  5. Confirm your request

No app access? Request account deletion by emailing support from the email address associated with your account.

What happens when you delete

On deletion, Binj removes your account and associated data, including:

  • Account profile information
  • Email and credentials
  • Watchlists, reactions, and preferences
  • Streaming selections
  • Friend connections and recommendations
  • Settings
Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. Binj does not retain your personal data after your account has been deleted.
