Child safety standards
Binj commits to safeguarding minors and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation across all platforms — mobile apps, TV applications, websites, profiles, connections, recommendations, messaging, shared links, and user-generated content.

Binj completely prohibits any content or conduct that sexually exploits, endangers, or targets children. This includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and links to such material
- Grooming or trust-building with minors for sexual purposes
- Sexualization of minors
- Sextortion, blackmail, or threats involving a child's intimate content
- Soliciting, requesting, creating, sharing, selling, or distributing sexual content involving minors
- Child trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation
- Encouraging or facilitating sexual contact with children
- Attempting to obtain private contact details, location, or identifying information for exploitative purposes
- Impersonating minors or others to facilitate abuse
- Any behavior violating applicable child-safety laws
Reporting a concern
In-app reporting
- Open the relevant user profile, recommendation, message, or content
- Tap the More menu
- Select Report
- Choose Child safety concern and submit
Alternative: Settings → Safety & Support → Report a child safety concern.
Email: Send reports to the designated safety email. Do not attach suspected illegal imagery — provide account name, content link/identifier, date, and a brief description.
Review and enforcement
Binj prioritizes child-safety reports and may:
- Remove or restrict content
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
- Limit account features during reviews
- Preserve records when legally required
- Cooperate with law-enforcement and child-safety organizations
- Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or relevant authorities
Action may occur without prior notice to protect users or preserve evidence.

Privacy & good-faith reporting
Safety reports receive careful handling with limited access. Retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited. False or malicious reports may trigger account action.
